Contract Cancellation Agreement

This Contract Cancellation Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Master Ashton, located at exposedfaggots.com, and Stéphane BORDET, ("Client"), collectively referred to as the "Parties".

Whereas, the Parties entered into a contract, titled dick sucking, which outlined the terms and conditions of an dick sucking arrangement ("Contract"); and

Whereas, the Contract stipulated a cancellation clause requiring the payment of a cancellation fee in the event of termination; and

Whereas, the Client, Stéphane BORDET, has paid the cancellation fee in accordance with the terms outlined in the Contract;

Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties hereby agree as follows:

Termination: The Parties hereby acknowledge and agree that the Contract between them is hereby terminated effective April 30th 2024
Cancellation Fee: The Company acknowledges receipt of the cancellation fee as outlined in the Contract from the Client, which constitutes full and final settlement of any and all outstanding obligations under the Contract.
No Further Obligations: The Parties agree that following the effective date of termination, neither Party shall have any further obligations or liabilities to the other Party under the Contract, except as expressly provided herein.
Release: The Parties hereby release each other from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to the Contract, up to the date of termination.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA.
