NEW AGREEMENT SUPERSEDING ALL PREVIOUS CONTRACTS

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of date signed, by and between exposedfaggots.com, ("Company"), and [David Wuischpard], ("Client").

1. SUPERCESSION

This Agreement supersedes and replaces all prior agreements, contracts, or understandings between the Company and Client regarding the terms of service, cancellation, and removal fees. Any previous agreements or contracts are hereby rendered null and void.

2. CANCELLATION FEES

In the event the Client wishes to cancel any previous license agreement or terminate services, the following fees will apply:

a. Post Removal Fee: The fee for removing each post from the Company’s website is $250 USD.

b. Account Removal Fee: The fee for removing the Client’s account from the Company’s system is $500 USD.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

a. The Client agrees to pay the applicable fees in accordance with the terms specified in this Agreement.

b. All fees are due and payable within 1 days from the date of client asks for removal

c. Payments are all in USD

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

a. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

b. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation/arbitration/court, as applicable in Texas.

c. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

d. Amendments: Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

e. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
