Exposure Contract

Exposure Agreement, upon signing I acknowledge that I'm a dumb cunt.

I hereby grant exposedfaggots.com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and designers (collectively “exposedfaggots.com website”) a license to use my image and likeness in any other media (collectively “Images”). I acknowledge that exposedfaggots.com will own such Images and further grant the exposedfaggots.com website permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print and reprint such Images in any manner whatsoever related to exposedfaggots.com business, including without limitation, publications, advertisements, brochures, web site images, or other electronic displays and transmissions thereof. I further waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Image by the exposedfaggots.com website prior to its use. I forever release and hold the exposedfaggots.com website harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the Images, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.

I hereby warrant that I am eighteen (18) years old or more and competent to contract in my own name I also warrant that I understand that the license I grant to the exposedfaggots.com website will only be terminated at Master Ashton's sole discretion. This release is binding on me and my heirs, assignees, and personal representatives.

$125. I understand that I cannot pay a fee to terminate this contract early. However, I can pay $125 and then ask Master Ashton if he will cancel the contract. But I also acknowledge and agree that he can go ahead and use that $125 fee for more exposure of my content without terminating the contract.
