Exposure Agreement

I hereby grant exposedfaggots.com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and designers (collectively “exposedfaggots.com website”) a license to use my image and likeness in any other media (collectively “Images”). I acknowledge that exposedfaggots.com will own such Images and further grant the exposedfaggots.com website permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print, and reprint such Images in any manner whatsoever related to exposedfaggots.com business, including without limitation, publications, advertisements, brochures, web site images, or other electronic displays and transmissions thereof. I further waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Image by the exposedfaggots.com website prior to its use. I forever release and hold the exposedfaggots.com website harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the Images, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.

I hereby warrant that I am eighteen (18) years old or more and competent to contract in my own name I also warrant that I understand that the license I grant to exposedfaggots.com website will only be terminated if I pay the removal fee. I also understand that if I pay to remove my account from the exposedfaggots.com website, it will NOT remove exposures made by MasterAshton. This release is binding on me and my heirs, assignees, and personal representatives

Facebook Exposure
I understand that upon signing this contract my exposure will be edited so that my facebook link shows on the homepage, and there will also be a clickable link inside the exposure that will take users directly to my facebook. I am signing this contract knowing the risks of this, and confirm its exactly what I waant.

Post removal cost
I understand and agree that if I want the post with my Facebook link removed within 7days of signing this contract I must pay a $100USD fee, and if I want it removed after 7days of signing this contract I must pay a $ 50 USD fee
