Payment for Removal: Users must pay the license termination fee if they want their account removed.

A non-refundable fee of $50 USD is required to remove an account and all associated content.
A non-refundable fee of $35 USD per post is required to remove individual content.
Note: Only the $50 fee will terminate the license if you pay to remove one post. You are not terminating the license.

Acceptance of Terms: If you are uncomfortable with, do not agree to, or know you cannot afford the payment requirements for content removal, you should not create an account or use the Website. By proceeding, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Voluntary Participation: Participation in the Website is voluntary. By joining, you accept the unique service model and agree to the associated fees for content removal.

1. Access

If your account is removed, these Terms will no longer apply to you.

2.2 Account and Content Removal Fees:

Account Removal Fee: Once an account is created, it cannot be deleted or deactivated unless a non-refundable fee of $50 USD is paid. This fee will result in the removal of the User’s account and all associated content. It does not matter if you have uploaded any content or not. A $50USD fee must be paid if you wish to terminate the account.
Content Removal Fee: For the removal of individual posts or content uploaded by the User, a fee of $35 USD per post will apply. Each post must be requested and paid for individually.
Combined Removal Option: To remove both the account and all associated content, a single non-refundable fee of $50 USD applies. This fee covers the removal of both the account and all associated content.
Payment and Processing: All removal requests must be accompanied by payment of the applicable fees. The Website will process these requests upon receipt of payment and will make commercially reasonable efforts to complete the removal within a reasonable timeframe.
No Refunds: Fees paid for account and/or content removal are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, no further refunds or adjustments will be made.
Notification and Confirmation: Upon processing a removal request, the Website will provide a confirmation of removal. It is the User’s responsibility to verify that all requested removals have been completed.

2.2a Removal Fee Adjustment Policy

Users may request changes to the removal fees associated with their accounts. It is common for users to seek higher removal fees. To facilitate this, a custom contract must be purchased:

Simple Fee Changes: $50 USD
Complex Contracts: $100 USD (applicable for scaling fee changes or requirements for users to complete certain tasks before removal fees can be adjusted)

Please note that the specific terms of the contract will not be discussed prior to payment. If you are interested in pursuing a contract for fee adjustments, you must pay upfront.

2.3 Profile Modification Policy

Certain fields in your profile cannot be edited free of charge. The following fields require a $35 USD fee for changes:

Address
Age
Email
Username - Usernames cannot be changed even if a fee if paid. The only way to change this is to pay to remove your account and make a new account

2. 4 Upgraded Accounts

We offer two levels of upgraded accounts: Essential and VIP.

Essential Upgraded Account:
- Users with an Essential upgrade will receive instant approval for new posts made using the upgraded upload form.
- Please note that posts created prior to the upgrade will not be subject to instant approval.
- Users will not have the ability to edit or remove any posts.
VIP Upgraded Account:
- Users who upgrade to the VIP level will enjoy all the features of the Essential upgrade.
- In addition, VIP users will have the ability to edit or remove their posts at any time

2.5 Language Requirement:

Exposedfaggots operates exclusively in English. All profiles, exposures, live chats, and other communications must be in English. Use of any other language will result in a ban without warning.

3. Posting and Content Guidelines

3.1 Prohibition on Posting Non-Personal Content:

Due to the nature of the Exposedfaggots website, where users must pay to remove their own content, it is strictly prohibited to post content depicting or pertaining to individuals other than yourself. Users must manage posts exclusively of themselves. Posting content of others with or without their consent is a violation of these Terms.

3.2 Exposure Packages and Posting by Masters/Mistresses:

The only way for someone else to post about you on the Website is to purchase an Exposure Package, which includes having Master Ashton handle the post. It is strictly prohibited for other Masters/Mistresses to post content involving their slaves on the site. Violations of this policy will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

3.2a Exposure Package Policy

Upon purchasing an exposure package, users have 4 weeks to complete the contract and submit the required content. The following terms apply:

All contracts require proof of age identification. Please note that IDs will not be displayed in the exposures.
Users must send all content intended for the exposure via email. Any content not included in the email will not be included in the published exposure.
The admin reserves the right to modify the submitted content as needed. Users will not have the opportunity to review the exposure prior to publication.
If you wish to edit or remove any part of the exposure after it has been published, a fee will be required.
Please be aware that purchasing a removal of your account will not result in the removal of your exposure package. An additional fee will be required for removal, with the exact amount specified in the exposure contract you sign.

3.3 Account Security:

Users are strictly prohibited from sharing their account credentials with anyone, including their mistresses, masters, or any third parties. To maintain the security of your account, you are required to use a strong, difficult-to-guess password.
If someone else gains access to your account and uploads content, you are solely responsible for any fees associated with the removal of such content. If you do not pay these fees, your account may remain burdened with unwanted content and associated fees.
If you do not agree with this policy, you should not create an account or use the Website. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of this policy and all associated responsibilities.

3.4 Legal Consequences:

If you post unauthorized content or use the Website to display content that does not feature you, you are in breach of these Terms. In such cases:
