Exposure Contract

Contract Amendment

This Contract Amendment ("Amendment") is made effective as of [April 30th 2024], by and between:

[Exposedfaggots.com / Master Ashton ], ("Party A"), and [Kenny Touchard], ("Party B").

Background:

Party A and Party B are parties to an existing contract ("terms of service") which was signed by Kenny Touchard before joining exposedfaaggots.com.

Amendment:

Party A and Party B hereby agree to amend the Original Contract as follows:

Change in Fee Structure:

The fee for account removal, as stipulated in the terms of the Original Contract, is hereby amended. The new fee for account removal shall be five hundred Euros (€500). This fee shall replace any previous fee mentioned in the Original Contract.
Modification of Removal Terms:

Additionally, any posts made from the account subject to removal can only be removed if the entire account is removed. This clause supersedes any conflicting terms in the Original Contract.

Effective Date:

This Amendment shall become effective as of [April 30th, 2024], upon the signatures of both parties.

Entire Agreement:

This Amendment, along with the Original Contract, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.

Execution:

This Amendment may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. This Amendment may be executed and delivered electronically, and electronic signatures shall be treated as original signatures.

Exposure Agreement

I hereby grant exposedfaggots.com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and designers (collectively “exposedfaggots.com website”) a licence to use my image and likeness in any other media (collectively “Images”). I acknowledge that exposedfaggots.com will own such Images and further grant the exposedfaggots.com website permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print and reprint such Images in any manner whatsoever related to exposedfaggots.com business, including without limitation, publications, advertisements, brochures, web site images, or other electronic displays and transmissions thereof. I further waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Image by the exposedfaggots.com website prior to its use. I forever release and hold the exposedfaggots.com website harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the Images, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.

I hereby warrant that I am eighteen (18) years old or more and competent to contract in my own name I also warrant that I understand that the licence I grant to exposedfaggots.com website will only be terminated if I pay A 500 euro removal fee. I also understand that if I pay to remove my account from exposedfaggots.com website, it will NOT remove exposures made by MasterAshton. I must pay the removal fee agreed to in each paid exposure contract for the exposure(s) MasterAshton created to be removed. This release is binding on me and my heirs, assignees and personal representatives.
