I hereby grant exposedfaggots.com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and designers (collectively “exposedfaggots.com website”) a licence to use my image and likeness in any other media (collectively “Images”). This includes images uploaded to the exposedfaggots.com website, and images sent to the email fagwhoring@gmail.com. I acknowledge that exposedfaggots.com will own such Images and further grant the exposedfaggots.com website permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print and reprint such Images in any manner whatsoever related to exposedfaggots.com business, including without limitation, publications, advertisements, brochures, web site images, or other electronic displays and transmissions thereof. I further waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Image by the exposedfaggots.com website prior to its use. I forever release and hold the exposedfaggots.com website harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the Images, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.

I hereby warrant that I am eighteen (18) years old or more and competent to contract in my own name I also warrant that I understand that the license I grant to exposedfaggots.com website will only be terminated if I pay the removal fee. I also understand that if I pay to remove my account from the exposedfaggots.com website, it will NOT remove exposure packages made by MasterAshton. I must pay the exposure removal fees (below) for the exposure(s) MasterAshton created to be removed. This release is binding on me and my heirs, assignees and personal representatives.

Exposure removal fees / Contract Termination
If I want the exposure removed within 2 weeks of signing this contract, I agree to pay $200USD to remove the exposure from each place Master Ashton posted it to.  
After 2 weeks, I can choose to have the removal fee edited so that the price is 200 USD for each place Master Ashton posts the exposure to. If I choose to go ahead with this I will have to sign a new contract that will be made free of charge.
