License Grant, and Licence Termination Conditions

1. Grant of License:

I, grants ExposedFaggots.com and any related websites, including its directors, officers, employees, agents, and designers (collectively referred to as the "ExposedFaggots.com Website"), a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the Model’s image and likeness (collectively referred to as "Images"). This license includes, but is not limited to, the following:

a. Images Uploaded to the Website: Images uploaded to the ExposedFaggots.com Website.

b. Images Sent via Email: Images sent by the Model to the email address fagwhoring@gmail.com.

c. Personal Information: The Model grants the ExposedFaggots.com Website a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the provided personal information for the purpose of creating and publishing content about the Model on the Website.

2. Ownership and Usage Rights:

I acknowledge and agree that the exposedfaggots.com Website will own all rights to such Images. I further grant the exposedfaggots.com Website the permission to:

Copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print, and reprint the Images.
Utilize the Images in any manner related to exposedfaggots.com’s business, including, but not limited to, publications, advertisements, brochures, website images, or other electronic displays and transmissions.

3. Waiver of Claims

Acknowledgment and Agreement: The Model acknowledges and agrees that the Website is granted the right to display, distribute, and use the Model's images and information as described in this Agreement. By signing this Agreement, the Model confirms that they understand and accept the scope of use of their images and information.
Release and Discharge: The Model hereby irrevocably releases, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless the Website, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the Website’s use of the Model’s images and information. This release applies to any claims or actions related to or resulting from the display, distribution, or use of the Model’s images and information as authorized by this Agreement.
No Legal Recourse: The Model agrees that they will not initiate or participate in any legal action against the Website, its affiliates, or any other parties involved in the use of the Model’s images and information as described herein. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or misappropriation of likeness.
Indemnification: The Model agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Website and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions brought by third parties resulting from the Model’s breach of this Agreement or any claims related to the use of their images and information.

4. Termination of License:

Termination Fee: The license granted herein may only be terminated upon payment of a termination fee of $50 USD.
Payment Requirement: The termination fee must be paid in full before the license is officially terminated.
Effect of Termination: Once the termination fee has been received and processed, the exposedfaggots.com Website will cease using the Images and will remove them from all platforms and media under its control.

5. Warranties:

I warrant that I am eighteen (18) years old or older and competent to enter into this contract in my own name. I also warrant that I understand:

The license granted to theexposedfaggots.com Website will only be terminated upon payment of the $50 USD fee.
Removal of my account from exposedfaggots.com will not remove exposure packages created by MasterAshton.

6. Binding Effect:

This release and agreement are binding upon me and my heirs, assignees, and personal representatives.

7. Acknowledgment:

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined herein and agree to be bound by them.
