This exposure Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Exposedfaggots.com ("Company") and Paul Jackson ("Model") effective on the date signed for 12 months.

Services: a. The Model agrees to provide and upload high-quality pictures of himself to the Company's websites once each month during the term of this Agreement. b. The Company agrees to upload its own content featuring the Model once every month during the term of this Agreement.
Contract monthly fee: a. The Model shall pay a monthly fee of $300 USD to the Company, payable on the first day of each month, and be made before the 15th of each month. This fee will cover once post made each month.
Contract Termination: a. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. b. In the event of termination, a termination fee of $5000 USD will apply to the model c. Terminating the contract, will not remove the previously uploaded content, but will instead just allow the model and company to stop posting content if they choose. If the company chooses to, they can still post content of the model, until the licence termination fee is also paid.
Contract Termination at set months:a If the model chooses to terminate the contract in the last week of months 3,6,9 or 12 the termination cost will be $ 1000 USD. Month 3 is 3 months from the signed date, month 6 is 6 months from the signed date and so on.
Contract Extention.:a. If neither party cancels the contract, at the end date the contract will be renewed for 12 months. At the start of the 2nd year the contract will be edited to have models new terms. A payment will have to be made if model comes up with any new terms between now and then.
Contract fee raise:a In the last week of the 12th month, Model will have the opportunity to pay a fee to have the contract prices edited. Noting that the prices can only go higher, not lower.
Intellectual Property: a. The Model grants the Company the right to use, reproduce, and display the pictures provided by the Model for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Company's websites.
Confidentiality: a. Both parties agree to keep confidential any information obtained during the term of this Agreement, including but not limited to business strategies, financial information, and trade secrets.
Price of services.. a. Model agrees that the minimum price of services offered on the website will start at $300USD, and go up to $ 5000 USD. The price model pays will be at companies sole discretion.
Governing Law: a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country].
Entire Agreement: a. This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.

Content licence agreement and licence termination cost.

I hereby grant exposedfaggots.com and sissy-exosure.com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and designers (collectively “exposedfaggots.com website”) a licence to use my image and likeness in any other media (collectively “Images”). I acknowledge that exposedfaggots.com will own such Images and further grant the exposedfaggots.com website permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print and reprint such Images in any manner whatsoever related to exposedfaggots.com business, including without limitation, publications, advertisements, brochures, web site images, or other electronic displays and transmissions thereof. I further waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Image by the exposedfaggots.com website prior to its use. I forever release and hold the exposedfaggots.com website harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the Images, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.

I hereby warrant that I am eighteen (18) years old or more and competent to contract in my own name I also warrant that I understand that the licence I grant to the exposedfaggots.com website will only be terminated if I pay the licence termination fee. . This release is binding on me and my heirs, assignees and personal representatives.

Licence Termination Removal Fee.
a.The below fee will not cancel the contract, but instead remove all previous content uploaded. You will still be required to upload new content unless you also pay the contract termination fee.

b.The removal fee is set the same as the contract termination fee ($ 5000 USD), along with the discounted price at certain months.
