Exposure Agreement

I hereby grant exposedfaggots.com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and designees (collectively “exposedfaggots.com website”) a license to use my image and likeness in any other media (collectively “Images”). I acknowledge that exposedfaggots.com will own such Images and further grant the exposedfaggots.com website permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print and reprint such Images in any manner whatsoever related to exposedfaggots.com business, including without limitation, publications, advertisements, brochures, web site images, or other electronic displays and transmissions thereof. I further waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Image by the exposedfaggots.com website prior to its use. I forever release and hold the exposedfaggots.com website harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the Images, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.

I understand that upon signing this document all content I have already sent, and all future content sent to fagwhoring@gmail.com can be used to build a dedicated website with the sole theme/purpose of exposing and outing me as a faggot. I acknowledge this and am certain this is 100% what I what. 

Hosting
I understand the exposure site will be hosted for 3months. After the 3 months I can choose to pay $10/month to continue having it hosted on exposedfaggots.com servers, or I can choose to find my own hosting and have Master Ashton transfer the site for me. 

Name used in exposure

License Termination Fee.

I understand and acknowledge that in the event I want the website or my exposure removed. I will need to pay a license termination fee. This payment has to be made in 1 lump sum. I also understand that this payment will only remove the website and exposure that Master Asthon created. It will not remove my account from the exposedfaggots.com website.

Termination fee = $100USD

I hereby warrant that I am eighteen (18) years old or more and competent to contract in my own name I also warrant that I understand that this license I grant to the exposedfaggots.com website will only be terminated if I pay the removal fee. I also understand that if I pay to remove my account from the exposedfaggots.com website, it will NOT remove exposures made by MasterAshton or my website.  This release is binding on me and my heirs, assignees, and personal representatives.
