I hereby grant exposedfaggots.com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and designees (collectively “exposedfaggots.com website”) a license to use my image and likeness in any other media (collectively “Images”). This is a lifetime licence and there is no monetary value to terminate it. I acknowledge that exposedfaggots.com will own such Images and further grant the exposedfaggots.com website permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print, and reprint such Images in any manner whatsoever related to exposedfaggots.com business, including without limitation, publications, advertisements, brochures, web site images, or other electronic displays and transmissions thereof. I further waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Image by the exposedfaggots.com website prior to its use. I forever release and hold the exposedfaggots.com website harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the Images, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.

Contract Termination

Exposedfaggots.com may offer to remove the exposure for a $550USD fee, but I understand and agree that any fees I pay to exposedfaggots.com for removal will always be non-refundable and non-binding. Once the fee is paid, Master Ashton and I will play an online game of heads or tails if Master Ashton wins thanExposedfaggots.com, at its sole discretion, may count any payment I send as payment for any purpose, including as payment for creating and posting new exposures. However, if Master Ashton loses the game of heads or tails, then the exposure will be removed. I warrant by signing this contract that this kind of treatment is exactly what I expect and desire.

Weekly Exposure Fee

I agree to pay MasterAshton a $120USD weekly exposure fee. For at least 7 weeks.I understand that paying for this, will grant me a featuredfags spots keeping me on the homepage of the exposedfaggots.com website. It will also grant me one full exposure each week with at least 3 tweets linking directly to that exposure to promote it. I also acknowledge that the full exposure I get will be made by myself on my own account, MasterAshton will then check over it, make any edits he wants and then post it from his account. I understand that the exposure and tweets will only be made AFTER I have paid that week's fee.

8 Graphics

I understand and agree that the above $50 weekly exposure fee will not be active until I have made MasterAshton 8 graphics promoting the exposedfaggots.com website. MasterAshton must specifically state that he is happy with each and every graphic for it to count.

Missing a weekly Payment

I understand that I must pay each week without fail for at least 7 weeks. If for any reason at all I miss a payment, I must pay double and a half next week and I understand my featuredfag spot will be removed until that payment is made. As well as paying the extra fee the following week I will be required to film myself being a disgusting stupid faggot eating more spaghetti and shit balls. I understand that while I'm chewing up the shit im to spit it back into the bowl and then eat it again. If I am to spew I am also to eat up my spew. The whole time I'm eating this I will be saying to the camera "sorry Master Ashton for missing a payment, i promise it won't happen again"

Shit Eating

I also understand that at any time Master Ashton can send me a request to eat shit, and give me detailed instructions on how to eat that shit. I must eat the shit in the way he said within 48hours of the demand. I understand MasterAshton may let me pay a fee in order not to eat the shit. But I also know that by paying the fee, it does not mean I don't have to eat shit. It just means im a stupid shit-eating faggot. If I fail to create the video of me eating shit within the 48hours, and fail to pay a fagtax fee of a minimum of $100USD for not eating the shit I understand MasterAshton will ignore all communication from me until the shit is eaten and filmed, and a fagtax of at least $200USD is paid.

Tattoo

At any time MasterAshton may give fag an order to decorate his body. This could be anything from a permanent marker to a permanent tattoo. Master Ashton can either supply the fag with the graphic or request the faggot to make his own graphic. Faggot will have the opportunity to suggest improvements or changes with the goal of a better end result, but always Master Ashton’s call, Master Ashton may consider something else if faggot pays a fag tax of 2 (two) times the estimated tattoo cost. If a tattoo is requested, an outline drawn in marker on the agreed-upon spot must be shown to MasterAshton within 48hours of the request.

I grant Exposedfaggots.com rights over any non-commercial work I make, and I waive any possibility of suing.

I hereby warrant that I am eighteen (18) years old or more and competent to contract in my own name I also warrant that I understand and agree that by signing this contract I am making a permanent irrevocable request for Exposedfaggots.com to publish and spread my media on the Internet. Even if I pay a fee to have the content removed and the website chooses to remove it, Exposedfaggots.com can and will re-publish any and all of your media, no matter how recently I paid the removal fee.
