Exposure Agreement

I will grant exposedfaggots.com access to my Twitter account and grant a license for exposedfaggots.com to post, retweet, and share old and new pictures and info of myself. Exposedfaggots.com may also retweet these posts from their other Twitter accounts. I will also have access to Twitter to post my own image and also message people asking them to share my media and info.

I understand that If I remove the posts from Twitter without paying the license termination fee of $100 it will be granting exposedfaggots.com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and designers (collectively “exposedfaggots.com website”) a license to use my image and likeness in any other media (collectively “Images”). I acknowledge that exposedfaggots.com will own such Images and further grant the exposedfaggots.com website permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print and reprint such Images in any manner whatsoever related to exposedfaggots.com business, including without limitation, publications, advertisements, brochures, web site images, or other electronic displays and transmissions thereof. I further waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Image by the exposedfaggots.com website prior to its use. I forever release and hold the exposedfaggots.com website harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the Images, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.

I hereby warrant that I am eighteen (18) years old or more and competent to contract in my own name I also warrant that I understand that the license I grant to exposedfaggots.com website will only be terminated if I pay the removal fee. This release is binding on me and my heirs, assignees and personal representatives.
