DICK SUCKING CONTRACT

THIS AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is entered into as of 2nd Janurary 2025, by and between:

Exposedfaggots.com, hereinafter referred to as the "EF" and

Stefan Meier, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractee."

1. COCK SUCKING OBLIGATION

The Contractee hereby agrees to suck a minimum of one (1) cock per calendar month during the term of this Agreement.

The contractee can suck multiple cocks each month, but it wont count towards the next months cock that needs to be sucked. 

2. FILMING REQUIREMENTS

a. The Contractee shall create a video recording of themselves sucking the cocks during each monthly sucking.

b. The video recording should be of reasonable quality and clearly show the Contractee enjoying the cock

c. EF be granted the right to use the video recording for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and advertising.

d, Contractee to pay a fee of $ 50 USD each time he submits a cock sucking video. This fee will go towards having the video converted, uploaded to the EF website and to social media accounts.

3. NON-COMPLIANCE FEE

If the Contractee fails to suck the required cock in any given month, they shall pay a non-compliance fee of $ 150 USD to EF.
If Contractee fails to pay $150USD he will be banned from all websites owned by EF, and a payment of $300USD will be needed to come back.

4. TERM OF AGREEMENT

This Agreement shall commence on 2nd Janurary 2025 and continue for a period of 12months months unless a early termination fee of $500USD is paid to EF.

5. PAYMENT

The non-compliance fee shall be paid within 24 hours of the missed cock sucking video. Payment shall be made via Throne

6. TERMINATION

This contract will only be terminated after 12 months, or if the 500USD fee is paid to EF

7. MISCELLANEOUS

a. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written, between the parties.

b. Any modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

c. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of EF's state
