• A non-refundable fee of $50 USD is required to remove an account and all associated content.
• A non-refundable fee of $35 USD per post is required to remove individual content.

Acceptance of Terms: If you are uncomfortable with or do not agree to the payment requirements for content removal, you should not create an account or use the Website. By proceeding, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Voluntary Participation: Participation in the Website is voluntary. By joining, you accept the unique service model and agree to the associated fees for content removal.

Preamble

1. Access

• If your account is removed, these Terms will no longer apply to you.

2.2 Account and Content Removal Fees:

• Account Removal Fee: Once an account is created, it cannot be deleted or deactivated unless a non-refundable fee of $50 USD is paid. This fee will result in the removal of the User’s account and all associated content.
• Content Removal Fee: For the removal of individual posts or content uploaded by the User, a fee of $35 USD per post will apply. Each post must be requested and paid for individually.
• Combined Removal Option: To remove both the account and all associated content, a single non-refundable fee of $50 USD applies. This fee covers the removal of both the account and all associated content.
• Payment and Processing: All removal requests must be accompanied by payment of the applicable fees. The Website will process these requests upon receipt of payment and will make commercially reasonable efforts to complete the removal within a reasonable timeframe.
• No Refunds: Fees paid for account and/or content removal are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, no further refunds or adjustments will be made.
• Notification and Confirmation: Upon processing a removal request, the Website will provide a confirmation of removal. It is the User’s responsibility to verify that all requested removals have been completed.

2.3 Language Requirement:

• Exposedfaggots operates exclusively in English. All profiles, exposures, live chats, and other communications must be in English. Use of any other language will result in a ban without warning.

3. Posting and Content Guidelines

3.1 Prohibition on Posting Non-Personal Content:

• Due to the nature of the Exposedfaggots website, where users must pay to remove their own content, it is strictly prohibited to post content depicting or pertaining to individuals other than yourself. Users must manage posts exclusively of themselves. Posting content of others without their consent is a violation of these Terms.

3.2 Exposure Packages and Posting by Masters/Mistresses:

• The only way for someone else to post about you on the Website is to purchase an Exposure Package, which includes having Master Ashton handle the post. It is strictly prohibited for other Masters/Mistresses to post content involving their slaves on the site. Violations of this policy will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security:

• Users are strictly prohibited from sharing their account credentials with anyone, including their mistresses, masters, or any third parties. To maintain the security of your account, you are required to use a strong, difficult-to-guess password.
• If someone else gains access to your account and uploads content, you are solely responsible for any fees associated with the removal of such content. If you do not pay these fees, your account may remain burdened with unwanted content and associated fees.
• If you do not agree with this policy, you should not create an account or use the Website. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of this policy and all associated responsibilities.

3.4 Legal Consequences:

• If you post unauthorized content or use the Website to display content without proper consent, you are in breach of these Terms. In such cases:
  • The Website reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against you, including but not limited to seeking damages and initiating legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Account Suspensions and Bans

• Exposedfaggots may suspend or ban accounts at its sole discretion for any reason, including rule violations. Suspension does not terminate the license granted. Accounts suspended for illegal content will have content removed but remain for investigation purposes.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

• Your use of the Website is at your own risk. Exposedfaggots disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including accuracy, completeness, or security of the site’s content and any linked sites.
